Q: How do I merge temporary locations, such as job sites, which were entered slightly differently by the users?

A: From the main menu click on the Setup ... .   Click on the Locations button and click on view beside the location you want to merge.  Then in the section labelled "Location to merge these unit details to:" choose the proper location and click on the Merge button.  You can not undo this operation
